通过教学，我发现绝大部分孩子对英语很不重视。（包括与个别家长的交流中，发现很多家长也未重视）相当一部分的孩子英语基础打得很不牢，个别的孩子甚至拼读、书写、背诵等学习英语的好习惯还没有很好的养成，需要从头开始。但是，孩子们上课时的专注同时也让我感到欣喜。认真的孩子一定能把英语学好！
首先这里重点说说孩子学习英语普遍遇到的困难。
1、缺乏足够的语言环境：课时少（每周2节），平常接触少，运用少；
2、教材难度大，内容多，要求也上了几个台阶，学生越掌握不好，越对英语学习失去兴趣与信心。
3、英语是一种语言的学习，必须坚持不懈，循序渐进，一旦底子没有打好或因转学等原因以前没有学过，教材不同等，学生就会对英语失去信心，差距也就越来越大。
4、学生缺乏学习的自觉性。许多的学生不自觉的完成作业，而我们英语老师任教的班太多，三个年级，六个班，学生太多（300个左右），工作量大，而学生两级分化明显，对于众多底子薄弱的并缺乏学习自觉性的学生，无论从时间上还是精力上说，我都感觉力不从心。所以，英语相对于语文、数学要难得多。这也就是有些学生语数都好惟独英语不好的原因。
但我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持配合和老师的指导下能够认真地上好每堂课，并及时完成我布置的任务，那么一定能很大的进步。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学习作风，成绩马上就会见效。
我的要求学生要做到的是：
1、我要求学生每天认真听读磁带半小时，要看书读，边听、边看、边指，边读，不仅要能听懂会说，而且一定要能认读。并要求熟读课文和背诵课文。请家长监督并在英语书后签字。每周进行检查。但目前为止，仍有部分学生没有听读签字。面对六个班，我根本无法做到天天找他们，惟有请家长督促，一定要坚持完成。还没有为孩子买英语磁带的，请尽快购买。
2、以前底子没打好，或因转学等原因以前没有学过，教材不同等的学生，家长必须想办法给他们补起来。请家庭教师、报学习班都行，千万不能让他们掉队。事实上，请家庭教师一对一地进行补习，效果是很好的。现在才二年级，要赶上来还是很容易的。只要家长与孩子重视，一定能赶上来。
3、如果可能，请家长尽量送孩子去参加英语课外学习班，以弥补学校英语课时严重不足，学生接触时间太少对孩子学习的影响。
4、尽量为孩子多创造学习英语的机会，多看有关英语的少儿节目、动画片、课外书籍等。
本册英语的教学是重点系统学习英语字母和一些歌谣，同时学习如何表达学校的课程，如何表达时间以及日常活动，以及不同季节、天气的表达。
具体的教学要求是：
1、要求能听懂会说并认读每课的重点句子及重点单词。重点单词在书后的单词表中。重点句型我在课堂上会强调并要求打记。
2、本期的教学重点是掌握26个英文字母，要求能正确的书写，能按字母表的顺序背诵，能快速的认读，能正确的听写与默写。因为字母是基础，一定要掌握好，否则会影响以后英语的学习。每个模块会学习认读与书写三个字母，请家长为孩子准备一个英语练习本，每学完三个字母就要求孩子抄写一至两页，要求严格按照书上的格式书写。请家长对照要求孩子。
学好英语最难也是最重要的就是多听、多读和多写，这个习惯很难在短时间内培养好，请一定要有耐心，任何时候相信您的孩子是最棒的，并一定能学好英语，请多多鼓励您的孩子！

Based on the current education system in China, the result of the two day exam greatly impacts the future of any students in China. The score will decide whether you can receive college education. For most places in China, only half of the students are eligible for college education (only 3.40 million will be admitted to colleges in 20xx) and the rest has to start work after high-school. In cities like Beijing and Shanghai, students are lucky enough to have a much higher ratio (more than 70%) to enter colleges.
Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University are among the first class in China. But only very few people can go there.
To enter a college or not, or to enter a good college or not directly impact the first offer they can get after graduate and impact their career. So it is the most critical time for students.

大家上午好！很高兴能够参加这次研讨会，感谢教研室领导为我们提供这次与各位老师学习交流的机会。下面就由我代表建陵中学高一备课组简要汇报一下教学情况。
为了响应市县教研室新课改的号召，我们将先进的教学理论与我校实际情况相结合，探索并创建了有建陵特色的“先学后教、以学定教、因材施教、为学而教”的学科点题对应的教学模式。这种教学充分体现了教师的引领作用和学生的主体作用，使课堂教学发挥了最大效益。点题对应是以导学案为载体，以导学为方法的教学活动。其主要教学策略在于提高每个学生的学习积极性和主动性，进而培养学生自主学习能力，提高课堂教学效益。
我们导学案的编制遵循以下原则：
①围绕教学目标，紧扣教材，从整体上体现教材的知识结构和知识间的内在联系。
②有启发性，对教材中学生难以理解的内容作适当的提示，引导学生自主学习。
③问题设计应有层次性，梯度性，根据学生对问题的认识逐渐加深，做到循序渐进。我们还采取了“师生共用导学案”的方式，将教师的教案与学生的学案合二为一，教师在备注栏填写双边活动、知识拓展，学生则进行重点笔记或改错;教师在“课后记”处填写课堂教学反思，学生则记录本节课的学习体会。
我们导学案编制的一般过程是：
1。教师编写导学案，提出自学要求。导学案由备课组进行分工，学期初明确每一单元的主备人，所有备课都要经历这样一个三步曲才能走进课堂：第一步，个人研究教材、教法;第二步，在组内说课、进行集备，主备人编写导学案;第三步，个人根据教学风格、学生特点补充修改教学案。上完课之后，我们还要及时进行总结、反思、修正。这种做法将集体备课、提前备课落到了实处，有力地促进了学科教学水平的整体提高。
2。学生自学教材，完成学案中的有关问题。这是学案导学的核心部分。在学生自学过程中教师要做到以下几点：第一，要指导学生自学的方法。如告诉学生学案中哪些内容只要略读教材就能掌握，那些内容应注意知识前后联系才能解决等等，让学生逐步理解掌握教材。第二，教师应要求学生把预习中有疑问的问题作好记录，让学生带着问题走向课堂。
3。讨论交流。在学生自学的基础上，教师组织学生讨论学案中的有关问题，对一些简单，易懂的内容教师只须一带而过，而教学中的重点，难点问题则应引导学生展开讨论交流，形成共识。
4。精讲释疑。教师根据教学重点、难点及学生在自学交流过程中遇到的问题，进行重点讲解。精讲应具有针对性和启发性，切忌面面俱到，尽量让学生自主解决疑难问题，以最大限度地发挥学生学习的积极性，培养学生的思维能力。
5。练习巩固。这是导学案的最后一个环节。练习的设计要紧扣本节的教学内容和学生的认知水平，让学生在无疑――有疑――无疑的过程中，由浅入深，由表入里，由此入彼地掌握知识，增强学习能力。
在“点题对应”的课堂教学中，我们学校还借助多媒体这种现代化教学手段，为英语课堂注入了新鲜的活力。多媒体的使用使得老师从多层次、多角度的展现了教学内容，改变了传统的“一支粉笔加一块黑板”的单一教学模式，极大的丰富了课堂教学的方式和结构，大大激发了学生学习英语的兴趣，使教学内容生动形象、引人入胜。 当然，它也加大了老师备课的难度，对教师提出了更高的要求。在使用多媒体技术进行课堂教学的过程中，我们以导学案为载体，把每一单元各个板块的重点以及讲解以课件的形式呈现在学生面前，视觉上改变传统的板书，而且在多媒体使用中，配以音频和视频，调动学生学习兴趣，集中学生注意力，提高课堂效率。在具体的课件制作中，我们备课组的全体老师运用集体智慧，出谋划策，精心制作精美生动的各类课件。总体说来，在课件制作过程中我们既考虑了教学的需要，也考虑了学生的主体作用。通过为学生创设一个充满情趣的语境，让学生在宽松的氛围中视、听、说并举，真正感受英语的魅力，使他们学在课堂、乐在课堂！
在今后的教学过程中，我们要继续推行“点题对应”的课堂教学模式 ，注重“以人为本”，发挥学生的主体性，让教学真正落到实处。教学是一门科学，它需要我们去探索;教学是一种艺术，它需要我们去创造。没有最好，只有更好。作为一名教师，教书育人我们责无旁贷;作为一名英语教师，提高教学质量我们义不容辞。我们学校将继续努力，站好三尺讲台，不断取得优异成绩。

对于文科班的学生来说，最吃力，同时最拉分的两门学科就是数学和英语，英语在包括中考、高考、研究生考试以及大学英语四、六级考试中都占有很大的分值，特别是初中底子就没打好的学生学起英语来更是难上加上，经常有学生就跑来跟我哭诉，“老师，我其他科目都很好，就是英语不想学，不知道怎么学，我初中英语课根本没听过”，“老师，为什么我昨天刚记得单词今天就忘光了，单词该怎么记啊?”的确，英语这门学科需要基础，不然一篇几百字的文章全是不认识的单词，不懂的语法，根本就看不懂，就跟学语文一样的，字都不认识，怎么学课文呢，那么对于基础薄弱的学生来说，老师肯定是没有时间讲初中的东西，毕竟要考虑到其他学生，只能说在平时讲课的时候讲的更基础些，更细些，更多的是靠学生自己下去花时间，多读多记多问。记单词是英语非常重要的一步，也是英语学习的基础，由于学生基础有限，要他考130，140分肯定很有难度，那么我们就是目标定在80，90，100分，也就是说我们不搞别的，就抓基础，所以在记单词，读课文方面，我抓的很严，单词必须过关，一遍不行来两遍，两遍不行第三遍。而且记单词的方法我也经常跟他们说，先要会读然后再去记，今天记来了，第二天第三天在花点时间巩固一遍。一年下来，从先开始20.30个人不过关，到现在只有3-4个人不过关。
在就是英语学习需要耐心，比如有一段时间，一个学生学英语很认真，但考试成绩进步不大，他就会灰心丧气，“老师，为什么我这么努力学英语，成绩还是上不去”，我就告诉他，英语是一个慢热的过程，你只有脚踏实地，慢慢来，才会把他学好。
我通过平时每个学生的表现以及他们从去年到今年每次考试的情况来分析了一下子，英语进步比较大的学生为xx。
其中特别值得表扬的是xx。

各位家长好，很高兴能有这样一个机会，和大家进行面对面的交流。我是五年级的英语任课教师。下面我就我们英语学习方面说我一些真实的感言：
在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师读单词，读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，不能说英语就白学了。每上完一次课，我都叫学生回家要跟磁带读，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。接下来是说，英语学了就是要说，要和别人交流。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。
可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说，放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。
在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自小学五年级全科目课件教案习题汇总语文数学英语己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。
接下来是读。学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。
最后是写。五年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还有句型，五年级所接触的句型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良
好的英语学习习惯。家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。下面我给在座的家长提一些辅导孩子学习英语的建议：
1。让孩子多听录音，按照眼前利益来看，我们的升学考试一年比一年注重听力、阅读等需要综合能力的部分，想我们五年级的英语，每次考试均要占40分，每次的听读作业，希望家长继续支持，劳驾您能及时检查您的孩子的听读情况并签字。
2。每次检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。检查时不要只问一下有没有做，也请你亲自看一看，家长还可以看看单词有没有抄错，题目有没有做错之类的。
3。有时我会布置学生回去背诵英语单词，并且自己默写。这是家长可以在家帮助学生默写，你可以报中文，让他默英文。并签上你名字，因为有的学生让他默写一遍也就是抄写一遍交差，一点效果也没有。
4。督促孩子预习，复习。这是一项很必要也很重要的任务。所以，家长的首要任务是及时督促孩子复习当天学习的内容，提前预习下一堂课的学习任务。主要形式就是跟录音机大声读英语单词、句子、对话、短文等。英语和母语不同，没有学习的氛围和坏境，必须曲不离口地反复诵读，才会记得牢。

There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee,chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive,the Seine is a famous symbol of France;on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as＂mother＂．It is the＂suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty!And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river．Who is the devil?I can＇t help asking．
Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute se have a look along the banks of the river,large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirtywater,tons of garbage were thrown into the river,the water contained so much that it can＇t clean ared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai,the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.
Fortunately,the government has control the situation now,we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again,and we even can find fish sometime.
The unique earth is the only planet full of lives,the water is just like the blood in the active body,protecting water is saving to waste a single drop of water,otherwise,the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!
My dear friends,mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development,and there is a grand task to perform and along way to middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the world to protect the environment.

（二）有位教育家曾说过：只有学校教育而没有家庭教育，或者只有家庭教育而没有学校教育，都是不完整的教育。所以在英语学习上，我们的家长也起到了很重要的作用，下面我给在座的家长提一些辅导孩子学习英语的建议：
（1）听力方面：让孩子多听录音按照眼前的形式来看，我们的升学考试也一年比一年注重听力、阅读等需要综合能力的部分。像我们五年级的英语，每次考试均要占40分。我每天都会布置听录音的作业，希望各位家长能及时检查您孩子的听力情况并签字。
（2）作业方面：每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。检查时不要只问一下有没有做，也请你亲自看一看，家长还可以看看单词有没有抄错，题目有没有做错之类的。
（3）单词方面：有时我会布置学生回去背诵英语单词，并自己默写。这时家长可以在家帮助学生默写，你可以报中文，让他默英文。并签上你的名字（注明默写），因为有的学生让他默一遍其实也就是抄一遍交差，一点效果也没有。
（4）预习复习方面：督促孩子预习、复习。这是一项很必要也很重要的任务。所以，家长的首要任务是及时督促孩子复习当天学习的内容，提前预习下一堂课的学习任务。主要形式就是跟录音机大声读英语单词、句子、对话、短文等。英语和母语不同，没有学习的氛围和环境，必须“曲不离口”地反复诵读，才会记得牢。
（三）小升初问题
总而言之，家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的英语学习水平。我要讲的就是这些，谢谢大家。

各位家长好，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是三年级一、二班的英语任课教师，我姓。今天我想就三年级的英语教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。先说说本学期英语学习的内容：
1、课本后的单词表是最基础的。这就要同学们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。
2、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。不要求每个同学都会背，但是要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。
三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。每个学生对新知识的接受能力是不同的，有的可能在课堂上就已经有了很深的印象，很难忘记，但这样的孩子毕竟还是少数的。大部分学生都只能是初步了解新知识，要真正接受新知识还需学生在课后多下功夫。所以，在学校我会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合完成以下工作：
1、每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交，同时注意检查他们的作业订正情况，保证孩子能及时发现自己的知识漏洞。希望家长能在保证学生已经完成作业及订正作业的前提下再在作业本上签名。
2、开学以来，有些学生忘记带作业本，带英语课本的现象还是时有发生，所以希望家长能每天提醒孩子检查第二天要带的作业和课本，养成良好的学习习惯。
3、家长与老师经常联系，可以及时了解孩子在学校的表现，课上是否专心听讲、积极思考，作业是否能及时完成，以便对孩子进行更有针对性的指导。（沟通的方式很多，可以电话联系，方便的话可以到校联系，甚至可以通过孩子的作业本签字沟通）
4、让孩子多听录音在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力也就差。因此要确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。有时学生可能会认为我已会背了，不需听磁带了，这是很不好的习惯，毕竟听磁带对学生听力能力的提高很有帮助。为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说，尽量让孩子模仿录音中的发音。
5、让孩子大声说英语家长要每天询问孩子学习英语的情况，不管当天有无英语课。家长要鼓励孩子每天大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。另外，还请各位家长在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。
父母亲的良好榜样起着很大作用。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说英语好难，我学不好；就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。
6、要认识英语单词和句子。一名学生在一次期中考试中，没有考好。跑来他问我“老师，我都能把课文和单词背出来，为什么还是没有考好？”那我就问他，你都认识试卷上的单词和句子吗？他说不认识。所以我建议各位家长，要求孩子在读课文时，必须要看着书读。
只有看得多了，就会认识了。在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。
大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。一个星期，接触英语的时间，只有三节课，120分钟，刚好2个小时，期间让孩子说的时间又有多少？接触语数的时间一个星期又有多少？所以孩子英语学的怎么样，首先看

Hi everyone!
My name is Dongqi Yang from china, I am horror to be here today and I am very happy to receive this award. As you can imagine, as international students in Australia, the biggest challenge is English, I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. During the time, they played jokes and they laughed all the time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me “do you understand?”, and I answered “no”, “So why do you laugh?” ”because I do not want to be embarrassed”!
But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese. When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said “why not? You should go and you have to go!”I asked” why?” she said:” because I said so!”
But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot. Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future. I think I got 10 seconds left, I want to thank to Les and Vera who is my lovely home stay, thanks to Liz collar who is international student coordinator, I strongly want to thank to my mother, because she support me and gave me the opportunity to come to Australia.
