上周我们去南宫市担任高考指纹验证操作员，这个班级的课程便落下，给我印象最深的就是我一直马不停蹄的追赶，因为这个班级有将近一个星期的时间没有上英语课，我必须把课文追上，这是次要的，更重要的是让这个班级的学生学一课掌握一课，真正在素质上跟上。根据这一点，我想要做好以下几点：
1.要让学生温故而知新，及时的布置家庭作业，要积少而成多。注重学生平时的积累，而且每天都要让学生作好复习。于是我们课上设计了听写活动，每天布置完家庭作业，我都要进行听写考试，对表现好的同学及时给予鼓励。比如发给他一朵小红花，在班内通报公开表扬等形式，真正调动了学生的积极性。
2、及时与家长沟通，发现学生的不良反映或表现不好的行为、去成绩下降等及时与家长沟通了解情况。前一段时间，我发现班内杨庆良的成绩一路下滑，于是我与家长进行了一次谈话。发现杨庆良同学原来一直在利用下午放学的时间去操场练习篮球。“强身健体”自然是一件好事，但是要保证给孩子充足的学习时间，而杨庆良却顾此失彼了。于是我和家长达成了共识，如果他的.成绩总是这样，就取消他的活动，而一门心思的投入到学习当中。我想从这以后，他一定会取得好成绩，获得进步的。
3.后进生要多加关注，不能放任自流。后进生的问题是班内的一个大问题，也是让老师头疼的问题。没有办法，人与人之间总是存在着个体差异，十个手指还不一般齐呢！后进生自理能力差、贪玩，教师要进行个别指导，多给他们时间，对于难掌握的地方要重点指导，利用放学后的半个小时进行指导学习，使其共同进步！
