Everybody is good!
The title of my speech today is "unity cooperation, create a better future!
"Unity is strength, unity is strength, the strength is iron, steel is that......" Comrades, when we were as a child, the teacher taught us to sing this song "unity is strength", but at this moment, the song rings in my ears again, because we swap unity, unity is everywhere.
Great writer Lev Tolstoy once said: "personal leave society could not have happiness, just as plants away from land abandoned to could not survive in the desert." Famous philosopher Schopenhauer once said: "a single man is weak, just like drifting Robinson, only together with others, many to finish his career". 今天我演讲的题目是《团结协作，共创未来》!
“团结就是力量，团结就是力量，这力量是铁，这力量是钢……”同志们，当我们还是孩提时，老师就教我们唱这首《团结就是力量》的歌，而此时此刻，这首歌再次在我的耳边响起，因为我们互换团结，团结无处不在。
伟大的文学家列夫.托尔斯泰说过：“个人离开社会不可能得到幸福，正如植物离开土地而被抛弃到荒漠里不可能生存一样。”著名哲学家叔本华也曾说过：“单个的.人是软弱无力的，就像漂流的鲁宾逊一样，只有同别人在一起，他才能完成许多事业”。还有好多的名人都对团结这个词作出不同的解释，面对这些名人名言，我们又怎能忽视团结协作的重要性。
那么，我们到底应该怎样做到团结协作呢?首先，我们需要做到一个字――仁。“仁”又是什么呢?有人将“仁”分解成“人”和“二”，这便解释了“仁”由人而来，只有人与人之间互相关心爱护，才能称得上拥有一颗仁爱之心。不过，这里的“仁”，并不是指朋友之间的义气，也不是说不论黑白的帮助或是支持，而是与同事之间的相互协助，当同事遇到困难时，我们要伸出援助之手，当同事彷徨时，我们要给予正确的分析，我们需要时刻树立仁爱的思想。
团结协作的广大寓意又何止仁爱，在工作中，我们要怎样才能把团结协作精神发扬得更好呢?
此时此刻，我斗胆发表我的愚见，首先，我们要建立和谐的信赖关系，营造良好的人际氛围。有心理学家曾经做过这样的分析：如果我们能与同事、领导形成和谐的信赖关系，我们相处的气氛就会融洽，那么就会形成相互尊重、相互理解的工作氛围，也会打造出友好宽松的工作环境。再者，我们要积极参加各种集体活动，增强团结协作精神。因为参加集体活动，不但可以增强我们的团结协作意识，还可以凝聚集体的力量。除此之外，我们还要营造你追我赶，力争上游的工作氛围，要充分的信任同事和周围的人。竞争是保持团队锐气的必要条件，是促使我们在学习上更刻苦、工作上更努力、作风上更顽强，从而加快完善自我的步伐。信任别人本身就是一种美德，在与同事相处的时候，一定要给予充分的信任，同事的一句话，有时可使你跳出原来框架的束缚而变得豁然开朗，从而使问题迎刃而解。
同心山成玉，协力土变金。开创未来，需要一种克难攻坚的精神，更需要一种团结协作的合力。任何一个单位，如果是组织涣散、人心浮动，人人自行其是、集体一盘散沙，那又何来生机与活力?何谈干事与创业?何有形象与成绩?那么同志们，让我们从现在开始，为推动单位的业绩而团结友善，为开创自己美好的未来而奋力拼搏吧!
