第二组的叶片出现枯萎现象。因为叶片背面涂有凡士林，植物的气孔又大多生长在叶片背面，阳光一般照不到叶片背面，空气既不能从气孔进入，又不能从气孔排出去，所以叶片会很快枯萎。
通过做这个实验，我知道了植物主要是用叶片背面呼吸，不能在叶片背面涂一些妨碍植物呼吸的东西。我从中知道了应怎样保护植物。
