All of us consider him as the best English teacher.

她是一位严厉又幽默的好老师，她每天捧着崭新的书本，迈着轻盈的脚步，满面春风的走向讲台。站在讲台上，面对着几十双闪亮的、充满求知欲望、渴求知识的眼睛，老师从容不迫的把那精湛的内容讲解授予我们，她就是我的英语老师。
蔡老师不高，有着一头清新的短发，有一点胖，一双单眼皮的眼。她外表看似不凶，但其实她很严厉的。
蔡老师有一个特点就是：不听话的同学，就罚抄，我也被罚抄过。我被罚的那一天那一幕，深深地在我的心里烙下了一个无法抹去的烙印。
那天老师检查读书，我因为前一晚没睡好，所以就没听清楚老师教的课文怎么读，老师开始抽查了，最不希望的事情还是发生了，老师点到24号，是我耶!唉，我心里一颤，倒霉!但也只能硬着头皮到讲台上读啊!刚开头的时候还好，可是我越读下去越不懂读，没办法，只好接受惩罚——抄单词。
我回家听录音带，很快就弄懂了。这么容易，都怪自己不争气，要不现在我该舒服地躺着边吃零食边看喜欢的'电视节目呢!写着写着，我开始有点怨恨老师，不懂读就不懂读吗，干嘛要让人抄，读几遍不就会了吗。谁知在抄的过程中，我发现自己居然记住得很快，最后快结束的时候，我还会背了呢!这个时候我才明白了老师为什么要我们罚抄了，原来这样也是一种特殊的记忆方法啊!蔡老师不是整我们，是为我们好呀!从那以后，学习英语，我都不会因为其他原因而放松自己了。
花朵的芬芳离不开园丁的细心照料，小草能成长离不开细雨的浇灌，我们的进步离不开老师特别的教育方式。蔡老师，谢谢您!
