三对空气污染进行监督和治理，尤其是要对那些排量超标的烟囱限期整改。

还有一次，我到堂弟家做客，看见他洗手时把水开得很大，洗完手后他还用很多纸擦手。我看了后对他说：“你怎么这么浪费呀?”他听后，撅着嘴对我说：“就这么一点，又没什么关系!”我生气地说：“这怎么会没关系呢?你知不知道那些贫困山区的孩子们一天只喝多少水?知不知道他们只有多少纸?”可我那不服输的堂弟却理直气壮地说：“不知道!”我叹了口气说：“我们比他们要幸福多了，你怎么不知道知足呢?”这时，堂弟知道了事情的.“重要性”，低着头说：“我知道错了，我会改正的。”
