游泳是我近几年来暑假生活必不可少的项目，但是今年在表哥的帮助下，使我纠正了过去那些不规范的动作，现在游的可以说是标准的“蛙泳”了，不仅游泳的姿式漂亮了，而且游泳的速度也快了。在我和几个小朋友比赛时，虽然输了，但我以后会再加一把劲，决心赶上和超过他们!
