　　我和妈妈早早地来到了活动集合地点，报到后领了一张活动的介绍。等人差不多齐了后，我们各自得到了一个英文名，然后来到了一个充满万圣节气氛的小屋：神秘的黑色城堡与坟墓；诡异的`南瓜灯；墙上贴满了各种各样的妖魔鬼怪的图案······让人直冒冷汗。

　　活动开始了，首先是通过一个小短片让我们知道了万圣节的由来：万圣节最早是爱尔兰人驱赶鬼神的节日，又叫“夏之尽头”。但信奉神的教皇不同意了，便把11月1日订为跪拜鬼神的节日，但10月31日晚要驱赶鬼神的呀，于是正式把“夏之尽头”改为“Hlloween(万圣节)”。据说这一天在西方国家，孩子们都会穿上精灵古怪的衣服提着南瓜灯挨家挨户讨糖吃。

　　今天是10月28日，是西方国家的万圣节，也就是鬼节。在这个节日里，人们都要打扮成各种样子，有扮成鬼的、有扮成公主的、有扮成牛魔王的、还有扮成小巫女的，等等。就是通过庆祝活动驱走鬼怪、保佑平安的。每当万圣节前夕（万圣夜）来到时，小孩们都要穿上花花绿绿的衣服，戴上形态怪异的面具去挨家挨户换糖果，还要说：“不给糖果就捣乱！”下面就是我参加一次万圣节活动的故事，请大家赶快竖起耳朵听我讲讲吧！

　　早知道英语学校今天有万圣节活动，我和妈妈商量了好久，决定打扮成了小公主来参加活动。一进瑞思英语的大门，哎呀，变样了！墙贴上了可怕的蜘蛛网、黑黑的树枝，桌子上当然还有南瓜灯，这些都是万圣节的标志。过道里，小朋友们都打扮成了不同样子，我都认不出来啦！进了我的教室，也都变样了！教室的门上被纸贴黑了，在黑纸上，还贴着几只蝙蝠。原来贴的“a、b、c”不见了，变成了南瓜灯。天花板上挂各种各样的'南瓜灯模型。看来，万圣节活动的准备工作已经好了。
