今天，妈妈告诉我，我九点钟要去老年活动室门前的草坪上学习急救知识。
我骑着小黄车来到老年活动室的草坪上，有个阿姨在草坪上整理一些工具，我就上前去问她：“阿姨，这里待会儿是不是有活动？”阿姨说：“是的，我是来教你们的。对了，你报名了吗？”“报了，叫瑶瑶。”“哦，你是第十二个报名的。”
过了大概十分钟，报名的人都陆陆续续地来到草坪上了，阿姨给我们每人发了一个急救包，里面有十样东西。阿姨给我们现场演示了如果发现有人倒下了，该怎么做，还让我们一个一个上去做。
到我的时候，我的心扑通扑通的跳到了嗓子眼上了，汗水又止不住地往下流。我深呼一口气，按照刚才阿姨教我们的步骤一步一步做。首先，把倒下的“假人”的'头扶起，如果它的嘴里有东西，先将东西拿出来，再把头扶正，拍打它的肩膀并大声喊叫它。然后用两指把下巴的骨头往上弄，打开气道。再然后两手交差，在胸口上以“1001，1002，1003”的频率按压30次，再用口覆膜包住它的嘴，对它做人工呼吸，吹两次气，每次大于1秒，当看到它的胸口起伏后，才算完成急救任务。当阿姨说“恭喜你救活了”的话后，我才放松下来。
后来，阿姨又带我们去看了救小孩和婴儿的视频，连续看了两三遍，大家都觉得这个非常重要。
这次的体验让我学到了很多常识，但我希望永远都不要有用到的那一天！

在这个晴朗的日子里，我参加了今日建德小记者团组织的活动。来到府东社区二楼大厅，小朋友们都在位子上安静的坐着。今天，老师给我们上课的内容是“急救知识”。
在我们的生活中，有时会碰到一些遭遇车祸或心脏病人发病等紧急的意外之事，而急救车不能及时赶到，那么在这等待的时间内可不可以做一些事情呢？带着疑问，我们听着老师的讲解：心脏抢救的黄金时间是4分钟，超过4分钟伤病者的存活率会大大降低。首先，看伤病人是否有无意识，若是无意识要高声呼喊并拨打120，保护伤病者的头部，头部向上平躺再进行心肺复术30下、人工呼吸二次，判断是否有脉膊，反复心肺复术及人工呼吸，直到急救车的到来……我们听得津津有味，同时，也增加了急救方面的知识。
老师说，若是遇到真实的情况，又该怎么办呢？为了增加我们的'真实感，于是，老师带领我们来到一个模拟现场，在模拟室内有很多假人，旁边还有各种仪器设备，老师先示范了一次心肺复术及人工呼吸。接下来，我们排好队，一个一个的亲自尝试下，我们个个兴致勃勃，非常认真地做好每一步，几个回合下来，我们很快掌握了急救步骤。心想，这样一来，若是遇上紧急抢救的事，就不会担心啦。
这次活动结束了，我们个个收获了急救知识，我相信，如果人人都学会急救知识，社会的伤亡率会大大降低。

今天上午，《今日建德》小记者团带我们来到了府东社区参加红十字会救护培训。在这次培训中我学习了很多关于红十字会的知识。红十字会起源于一次战地救护运动 。瑞士人亨利.杜南先生是红十字运动的创始人。
红十字会的主要工作有三救：应急求援，人道救助，救护培训。在急救中，心肺复苏是救命的重要手段之一，在上课时老师给我们讲解了心肺复苏的有关知识和急救技巧。心肺复苏的操作有八个步骤：环境安全、判断意识、高声呼救、翻转体位、判断意识、胸外按压、开放气道、人工呼吸。我们都听的很认真，还跟着老师一起做各种手势。
上完了理论课，老师带着我们来到救护技能演练馆进行胸外按压的演练操作。在做胸外按压时一定要注意方法正确：按压时定位要准确，掌根部要贴在胸部，按压时要注意肘部伸直不能弯曲，否则会用力不够。我按照老师教的方法认真的做起来，一下成功，两下成功，三下成功.......听着机器上传来的信息，我感觉到一个生命慢慢在我的手中舒醒，这时听到有人说：“活了，活了.....”我知道我成功了，心里真是兴奋，这时我真正感觉到做一名救护员的.责任很重。
在这次红十字会救护培训中我学到了很多以前不知道的知识，也让我了解很多救护知识，懂得了救护的重要性。这是一次很有意义的培训活动！

10月28日下午，天气格外晴朗，我期待了两个星期的日子终于到了。今天，我们要去市红十字会应急救护培训基地学习急救知识和技能。
我们乘坐大巴来到目的地。首先，市红十字会的志愿者向我们讲解了红十字运动的起源、工作职能及组成部分。
从他的介绍中，我知道了每年5月8日为世界红十字日，那鲜红的红十字代表着人道、博爱、奉献的精神。随后，我们开始了实践操作，第一项是心肺复苏术。志愿者向我们介绍了心肺复苏术的操作流程，还进行了模拟急救。
其次，志愿者还教授我们创伤救护的四项技能：止血、包扎、固定、搬运。在学习止血包扎时，志愿者给我们演示了三角巾头部包扎法、搅棒包扎法等。最后，我们进行了实践操作。
在志愿者的细心指导下，我们学得很用心，每个人都掌握了这些急救技能。

It is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. If a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. When you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. First, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. Second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. Third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. Then take him/her to a doctor. If a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die.
Many accidents may happen at home. All parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. When a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. When a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. Then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. If the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. If a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of paper round the cut. Every body should know some first aid in order to save othe people's lives.

来到大礼堂，一眼就看到活动主题：人人学急救，急救为人人。没一会儿活动就开始了，“有请晋江市医院急救科张医生！”话音刚落，一位身穿白色大卦的男医生大步流星地走上台，为我们详细讲解“如果有人在你面前突然昏倒，你该怎么办？”
张医生告诉我们，心肺复苏先首先要观察环境，确认周围安全后就可以实施救援了。我竖起小耳朵专心地听，生怕错过哪个环节，张医生的`讲解不但专业而且风趣，他讲的每个心肺复苏的步骤我都牢牢记在心里。
听完讲解自然是要体验一把了，同学们个个跃跃欲试，把手举得老高，我也特别想试试，但很遗憾只有两名同学幸运地完成实操。

事实上，这就是那个“”：“碎片化”的阅读所获取的知识，会一定程度上破坏我们的知识框架，让我们错把“知道”认为是“懂得”。由于时间过于碎片，我们很难静下心去看完一篇完整的文章，而往往是看了标题就关网页、看了一两行就认为自己了解了、看了自己不知道的方面的一种观点就觉得这是正确的……久而久之，知识面是广了，但里面却有许多只有薄薄一层，“吹弹可破”；了解的事情是多了，但其中有很多事不是正确的，与别人交流时总发现自己“不攻自破”。为了弥补这些问题，我们又利用碎片时间学习更多、了解更多——于是，一个循环诞生了。循环虽能延迟“”的爆炸时间，但无法阻止“”的爆炸，一旦停止，便是“”计时结束之时。

我是平顶山日报社小记者团的一员，今天下午，市急救中心的叔叔阿姨来到学校给我们上了一节生动的社会实践课，这是我们平时在学校里学不到的.，小记者团的成员们都在全神贯注地聆听着。
阿姨先给我们讲了一些简单的自救方法，如腿扭伤、中暑、鼻子流血等应该怎样处理，这些知识虽然平时也学过，但用人体模型学习还是第一次体验到，大家都聚精会神地注视着。阿姨用医用人体模型给我们讲解了人工呼吸和心肺复苏的方法。人工呼吸我们都听说过，却没想到其中还有这么多注意事项。在做人工呼吸时一定先清洁昏迷者口腔内的异物，再捏住鼻翼，用嘴包住被救者的嘴巴，吹气两次然后立即进行心肺复苏。做心肺复苏时准确找到两乳头连线中点，用左手掌跟紧贴在胸部，两手重叠，左手五指翘起，用上身力气按压30次。这样一组完整的心肺复苏就做完了。
接着阿姨又带着我们参观了救护车，这是我第一次亲眼看到救护车的内部结构，有各种各样的急救设备，每样都会在抢救的过程中发挥它的重要作用。
时间过得真快，急救指挥中心的叔叔阿姨要走了，非常感谢他们在百忙中抽空来给我们上这样有意义的实践课，我也会把我学到的急救知识分享给身边的人。
