热干面的其实还有这么个故事呢：
汉口长堤街有个名叫李包的食贩，在关帝庙一带靠卖凉粉和汤面为生。有一天，天气异常炎热，不少剩面未卖完，他怕面条发馊变质，便将剩面煮熟沥干，晾在案板上。一不小心，碰倒案上的'油壶，麻油泼在面条上。李包见状，无可奈何，只好将面条用油拌匀重新晾放。第二天早上，李包将拌油的熟面条放在沸水里稍烫，捞起沥干入碗，然后加上卖凉粉用的调料，弄得热气腾腾，香气四溢。人们争相购买，吃得津津有味。有人问他卖的是什么面，他脱口而出，说是"热干面"。从此他就专卖这种面。

在武汉，人们能够品尝到各种各样的小吃，其中最著名的特色小吃就是热干面了。面条纤细，根根有筋道，色泽黄而油润，滋味鲜美。一般都是先放进沸水锅，再捞起放进碗里，再在面条上浇上香油、芝麻酱、花生、五香酱菜等配料，最后再搅拌一下，香喷喷的'热干面就可以吃啦。武汉是一个“小吃天堂”。
武汉夏天真热啊！三伏天的中午，太阳像一盆火烤着大地，柏油马路烤软了，路面渗出了柏油。知了在树上干喊：“渴啊、渴啊。”狗躲在树荫下，伸出舌头直喘气。整个城市像火炉一样。
尽管如此，我还是热爱这片土地。

我爱我的家乡，它是美丽的江城武汉。
我爱我的家乡，它是一个充满蓬勃朝气的城市。
武汉之所以称为“江城”，是因为这里有雄浑壮阔、川流不息的长江，还有它的支流——汉江，我们的祖祖辈辈就是依偎在长江两岸，喝着长江水，一代又一代繁衍生息的。武汉还有很多风景优美的湖，东湖、南湖、汤逊湖……数不胜数，个个美不胜收。最令我流连忘返的还是东湖，东湖的水波光粼粼，清澈怡人，到处绿树依依，美景纷呈，阵阵清风好像母亲的手，轻轻地抚摸着我的头，啊！真舒服，东湖美丽的景色令前来观光的游客们总是时时赞叹不已，不愧是武汉著名的旅游胜地。
武汉有许多名胜古迹，巍峨宏伟的黄鹤楼，古色古香的古琴台。站在黄鹤楼上，令我想起了李白的《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》，深深体会着那对友人依依不舍的'离别之情。站在古琴台前，令我回想起了《高山流水觅知音》里的俞伯牙与钟子期，我好像就是俞伯牙，正在弹奏着名曲《高山流水》啊！那感动天地的友情是多么荡气回肠啊！
武汉记录着许多悠久的历史。武昌起义的第一枪正是在红楼打响，它宣告着辛亥革命的开始；还有湖北省博物馆，也建立在我的家乡武汉，那里陈列着数不尽的古代珍宝与陶器，每一件文物中都见证着中国历史前进的历程……
武汉不仅拥有悠久的历史和文化，而且还有很多美味佳肴。来到武汉的人，首先就得尝一尝蔡林记的热干面，加上一点胡萝卜和小葱花，面香四溢，美味爽口，让你吃了一碗后还想第二碗；还有那有名的户部巷，俗称“汉味小吃”，来到武汉的游客们，千万不要忘记尝尝户部巷里的美味哦！糊汤粉、汤包、豆皮……真是让人垂涎欲滴哟。
如今的武汉是个充满蓬勃朝气的城市，那纵横交错的立交桥，还有武汉长江大桥的“兄弟姐妹”们，那一座座崭新的长江二桥，三桥……它们让我们城市的交通越来越畅通，那一座座拔地而起的高楼大厦，让我们的城市越来越繁荣，越来越时尚，这一切，都与我们祖国科技的进步，经济的腾飞分不开呀！
武汉有条繁华的商业街，那就是江汉路。走入江汉路，到处都是动感的音乐，精美的橱窗里陈列着一件件商品，江汉路上，人流如织，到处可见漂亮摩登的时髦女郎和帅气阳光的小伙子们，他们为城市展示着美丽的身影，好似一幅幅动感时尚的图画！
武汉不仅风景美，人也美，人的心灵更美。
在武汉的公园里，随处可以看到令人欣慰的一幕：一个小女孩发现了一个不知是谁丢的瓶子，主动捡起来扔进了草丛旁的可回收垃圾箱里。有一位白发苍苍的老婆婆突然发病倒在了路边，一个好心市民将她扶起来，送往了附近的医院……
啊！我美丽的家乡武汉，它是那么的蓬勃朝气，它正在一步步地走向更加美好的未来。我爱家乡的风景，我爱家乡的名胜古迹，我爱家乡悠久的历史和文化，我爱家乡的美味，我爱家乡的一切，它是一个和谐、文明、美好的城市。武汉，我发自内心地想对它说：“我爱你！”
