闲来无事，打开《阅读年选》，一篇《渔王的儿子》，深深吸引了我，并打动了我。
故事讲的是从前有个拥有一流捕鱼技术的渔人，常常被人们称为“渔王”，“渔王”在年老时常向人诉说心中的.苦恼，因为他不明白，自己的捕鱼技术如此高超，他还经常将自己总结下来的经验告诉自己的三个儿子，可为何他们的技术还都赶不上其他渔民的儿子？
这是为什么呢？他百思不得其解。其实，他犯了个最大的错误，就是不该传授给他们技术，而不传授教训。因为对于才能来说，没有教训和没有经验是一样的，都不能使人成就大器。
是啊，这不正如我们平时，我们在得到了爸爸妈妈无尽的呵护，却失去了自理能力。记得以前我十分胆小怕黑，在每个晚上都要和爸妈一起度过。一天晚上，爸妈临时有急事，只得让我一个人回家，走前，爸爸不放心，问我：“要不要我们送你回去？”我想：爸妈有事，何必耽误他们时间呢？于是，我逞能拍着胸脯对他们说：“放心，让我自己来吧，我一定可以的”。
在我好不容易克服一切“困难”，来到楼梯口后，长长地吁了一口气，面对黑黑的楼道，我又提高了警惕，对，飞奔上楼，于是，我便开始了我的“战略”，唉！我怎么像走上了跑步机似的，往日如此短暂的楼梯，今天变得那么漫长。突然，我踩了个空，一下子跌了个跟头，真是疼死我了，以前我都拉着爸爸的手走，没有注意，可今天……。好不容易，我才打开了家门，呀！黑漆漆的一片，使我毛骨耸然，也许开灯可以赶走黑暗吧，“嗒嗒”亮刷刷的一片又耀得我睁不开眼，终于，我完成了这个对于我来说“不可能完成”的“使命”。我想：如果不是迫不得以爸妈让我一个人回家，如果不是上楼梯时摔了一跤，也许我一直都不敢一个人走夜路回家。
